Try to do 20 minutes every morning, and usually stick with the daily meditation on the home screen. I recently listened to the Richard Lang series which I thought was excellent too, but a little more involved (you need a mirror, etc). Great way to get started if you need a kick.
This app is a very, very good way to adopt insight meditation. I'm a non-believer and didn't realize how much cognitive effort I was spending ignoring the overt religiosity of TM. No going back... not that we exist or have free will anyway.
