Simply the best. None of Headspace, Calm, etc. ever worked for me as well as this did. I also love the principles of the company — the fact that they give free memberships to anyone who asks bc they think finances shouldn’t be a barrier to mental health. I respect that a lot.
Try to do 20 minutes every morning, and usually stick with the daily meditation on the home screen. I recently listened to the Richard Lang series which I thought was excellent too, but a little more involved (you need a mirror, etc). Great way to get started if you need a kick.
