I think this is the best sleep tracking app. I use it every night. I love that the developer of the app designed every detail. It even prevents all incoming messages and sounds. And the app automatically pairs with other devices nearby to improve the recognition quality 💯

I mainly use it for the "gentle wakeup function". If your sleep is recorded as less deep within 30 minutes of the alarm ringing, the alarm will ring so that you wake up less grumpy.
