Change to 5-minute intervals

Use the digital crown on your Apple Watch to change the breathing exercise from 1 minute to 5 minutes (35 breaths). You can set it anywhere in the 1 - 5 minute range. In the Watch app on your iPhone, you can also toggle the switch “Use Previous Duration” so it will use your last duration by default next time.
