Most recently: The Courage to be Disliked - I recommend it to just about every "nice person" I meet. It's helped me gain new perspectives on my thinking and behavior in my interpersonal relationships. I've read it four times now. I've made multiple significant internal shifts in my mindset as a result.

Telegram, Slack, Gmail, Phone. Main channels where I "start" to communicate with someone else. Also, those are 3 friends from my college days at Bezerkely (UC Berkeley) that I asked for some motivation one day in a group iMessage chat and these photos got sent back to me.
Is there any product, app, or gadget that you couldn’t go a day without? Why that one?
No. Just need my brain. Please don't take that away from me.

Dithering, a newish paid podcast. I like what they write. And I like to hear them think.What products do you use to stay fit?

I use Hickies on my shoes. I was never one for tying my shoelaces. I'm also not very good at it.

Amazon Echo Show 8. I love how it's a digital picture frame and has Alexa built-in. I get to see random old pictures of my family including my 1 year old niece, on the daily.
