Supportive, actionable advice and forums for women in tech. No bullying, just talented people with tips, stories and connections to make.
Why only female people though? Don’t others have tips and stories to share? :) I don’t understand why we are trying to segregate people all over again at this day and age.
Hey Anna, there’s a lot to unpack on your question, but I’m just going to keep it simple. Elpha sprung up because of a gap in the market, and that gap was specifically no space for women to congregate online safely and without harassment. You can look at what happens on other social or community sites and see evidence of that pretty quickly. If you want to learn more about the origin story and product-market fit, just Google the company.
