I use it for tracking all phases of sleep. It freaks me out by telling me I don't get enough quality sleep though.
I’ve used AutoSleep; pretty cool app. Have recently stopped wearing Apple Watch to bed so the recordings have slipped a bit.
I've gotten a few professional sleep studies done and they rolled their eyes at the idea of fitbit heart rate monitors being any level of accurate in tracking sleep. how does autosleep work?
It uses the same methods so it's not great, but you do get some useful trends and a baseline to compare against (however accurate that baseline actually is).
I see a lot of people are stacking AutoSleep. I honestly didn't know about it until recently. Has it changed your behavior or how you sleep?
Reading Why We Sleep probably did more to change my habits than this did, but I use it to track my sleeping hours and then using Exist to try and correlate food / etc to sleep
Have you used an Oura Ring (yourstack.com/products/ouraring) by chance? I'm curious how accurate it is compared to AutoSleep.
