Generally regarded as Stephen King's greatest novel, The Stand is about a disease that wipes out all but a tiny percentage of the population. The survivors have to regroup and rebuild, and the scariest part is human beings themselves.
AaronHaven't read this in a while but it would be tough to digest this with everything thats going on. Such an amazing book though. Stephen King has a lot of good pieces, some not so good but The Stand is stand-out amazing.
